BOOKING TERMS + STUDIO POLICIES
By scheduling an appointment with Her Secret Vanity, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These policies ensure a calm, fair, and seamless experience for every client.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged at booking unless otherwise stated, but will be securely held on file for late cancellation or no-show fees.
APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
• All services are by appointment only.
• Clients must be 18 years or older, or have written parental consent.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of service. Prices may change without notice.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next appointment. Full service fees still apply.
GUEST POLICY
To maintain a peaceful and private environment, guests, children, and pets are not permitted during appointments. Thank you for helping keep the studio serene.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Her Secret Vanity reserves the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason, to protect the safety and comfort of all clients.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete health and skincare information prior to their appointment to ensure services can be performed safely and effectively.
BEHAVIOR + CONDUCT
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in services being declined or discontinued.
REFUND POLICY
All services and product sales are final. Results vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare recommendations.
HEALTH + SAFETY
Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell, experiencing cold/flu symptoms, or have a contagious skin condition. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform the studio at booking so your treatment can be safely customized.
PHOTOGRAPHY + SOCIAL MEDIA CONSENT
Her Secret Vanity may document treatments for educational or promotional use. No photos or videos will be taken or shared without your explicit verbal or written consent. By granting consent, you waive any right to royalties or compensation for use of your image or recording.
LIABILITY RELEASE
By booking a service, you authorize Rose at Her Secret Vanity to perform the treatments scheduled. You confirm that all health information provided is truthful and complete, including allergies, medications, and active skincare. While every precaution is taken, you understand that skincare treatments carry inherent risks.
By booking, you accept these risks and waive the right to pursue claims against Rose or Her Secret Vanity related to allergic reactions, irritation or sensitivity, post-treatment effects, equipment or product malfunction, or outcomes affected by inaccurate or withheld health information. All services and product sales are final.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price.
• No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with full fees still applying.
• Emergencies will be reviewed case-by-case. Please contact the studio as soon as possible.
Chargebacks: Disputing a valid cancellation fee through your bank may result in loss of future booking privileges and may be considered a policy violation. Please reach out directly with any billing concerns; we are always happy to resolve them professionally.
